Maka, Wooly Cows
Large bovids native to the Dragonic Realm, and the primary source of food for dragons.
Maka are odd-toed sextopeds unguligrades covered in long, dense fur. Their fur is so dense, in fact, that only large form dragons are able to pierce it when they are full grown.
Maka live in herds often numbering in the hundreds, primarily as grazing animals. Though they are the main source of food for dragons, they are hunted rather than raised for animal husbandry.
