The overall head of a deity's church.

Having previously reached the rank of High Priestis.
Appointment
All High Priesti of a diety are eleigible to be the next Grand Priestis - when a Grand Priestis retires or passes, the deity of a particular church will declare their next head. The specifics of how the deity does so vary from church to church.
Responsibilities
The Grand Priestis is responsible for leading the Great Temple of their deity, as well as managing all the temples in the Demon Realm - primarily through reports by the High Priests leading each temple and a once a century meeting of all the temple heads at the Great Temple.
When applicable, the Grand Priestis is responsible for relaying the will of their deity to Demon King.
Cultural Significance
A Grand Priestis is considered the most direct line between a deity and the mortals who follow them - though some are in more direct contact with their deity than others.
