Medical Needs versus Survival Needs
Dr. Scarlett Cannon begins the day checking on her three patients, two of which are being treated for injuries sustained from an unexpected attack. She thanks the 'Stars' that she has such high quality of equipment & supplies at her use. Memories of her past experiences in hastily erected medic fields which lacked the needed medical items had contributed to many unnecessary loss of lives and continues to plague her to this day. After checking on her two patients, who were resting comfortably, she checks on the heavily sedated woman called 'Scarface' and wonders how in the 'Stars' this woman got such a name. Dr. Cannon is a bit irritated that her medical skills are being used as an interrogation process & feels that it somewhat compromises her medical ethics but the thought of potential harm from this person outweighs her concerns. Being pleased with the status of each patient she sits down to document their vital signs & progress. 'Stars' this is going to be a long day!!
