Mehtar Swarm

One of the three nomad swarms that make up the Rimward Reach nomads in the Rimward Reach sector.
The Mehtar nomads are a war-mongering swarm led by Shuja Mulk-Chitral. They started the Hargadour rebellion to unite the nomads of the sector of the Lady of Tears in the Rimward Reach sector.
