Dukagsh
Almighty Dukagsh was the orc founder of the Scro, their first Almighty Leader, and is today revered as a diety by his people.
"My people are impatient - I shall teach them patience. My people are cowards - I shall teach them courage. My people think only of today - I shall teach them to think of tomorrow. My people lust for elven blood - this requires no teaching."-Early Sayings of Dukagsh
History
Dukagsh first rose to distinction as a warchief during the First Unhuman War. Though not as successful as the famed Gralnakh Longtooth, Dukagsh was moderately effective as a commander. However, Dukagsh proved his true worth in the latter days of the war. As the victory of the Imperial Elven Navy (IEN) seemed all but certain, Dukagsh fled with a ratag fleet to a remote but habitable planet far away from the center of the Known Spheres. By this time, news of Admiral Longtooth's exile to the barren wasteland of Armistice had reached Dukaghs, instilling in him a hatred for the elves who possessed neither strength of body nor honor in spirit. Dukagsh recognized that the orcs, kobolds, ogres, and goblinoids that were fought to near eradication by the IEN stood no chance of winning. The differing species were bogged down by outdated tactics, a lack of unity, one-dimensional strategies, and brutality for brutalities sake. To rebuild, Dukagsh taught his followers that they would need to adapt, organize, discipline themselves, and study their enemy in depth. To symbolize this radical transformation of culture, Dukagsh called his followers the Scro, a term which was originally applied only to Dukagsh's orcish followers but soon came to encompass all of his believers. Dukagsh, crowning himself the Almgihty Leader of the Scro, began drilling his followers, radically reshaping his followrs' understandings of warfare, survival, and even culture. Dukagsh placed particular emphasis on the need for the Scro to study elven and the IEN, believing that they could not defeat their hated enemy if they did not understand them. Dukagsh also instituted strict gender roles, recognizing that his people were broken and decimated. Women were barred from fighting in order to produce as many children as they could to rebuild their races. However, Dukagsh also instituted rules relaxing these provisions once the initial state of emergency ended. Dukagsh's emphasis on children and families also resulted in the polygamous relationships many Scro hold. Technology was also of the utmost importance to Dukagsh, sending his followers to salvage debris and the wreckage of spelljamming ships. As the Scro found book and scrolls, Dukagsh instructed them to read and understand each of them, adding to his people's knowledge. Upon his death, Dukagsh's last words were said to be praising the Scro, declaring them to be on the path to victory. After his death, the planet he had taken his first followers to was named Dukagsh in his honor, and his remains were placed in a tomb that floats over the planet's northern pole, forever watching over the people he had reformed. In death, Dukagsh became more revered than he was in life, and the Scro began revering him as their patron diety.Divine Domains

Tenets of Faith
Temples to Dukagsh are typically made of three main chambers. The first is the entranceway, known as the Oratorium of Oaths, where entrants are bidden to pray to Dukagsh and reaffirm their mission to better the Scro peoples. This may take the form of a prayer of vengeance towards the elves, a prayer of knowledge gathering, a prayer of personal martial perfection, or more.
Beyond the entranceway is the main chamber of the temple, the Ranks of Vengeance. The chamber bears seven murals, detailing each of the seven commitments Dukagsh undertook to strengthen the Scro and pursue vengeance towards the elves. The commitments include martial discipline, craftsmanship, child rearing, and more.
The third and final room of a Dukagshi temple is the Dream of Dukagsh, where murals and carvings depict the Scro Father's dream of vengeance and superiority for the Scro. Each of these rooms contains an altar bearing the official biography of Dukagsh's life.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
Dukagsh and his worshippers do not dream of conquering the Known Spheres but of annihiliating the elves and the Imperial Elven Navy that nearly destroyed their people during the First Unhuman War. For worshippers of Dukagsh, this has risen to the level of a holy mission.
In the place of the IEN would stand the Scro, who will serve as the new and rightful protectors of wildspace.
