Bog Luck was the owner of Carnath Roadhouse and an accomplice to the Cult of the Dragon's plan to smuggle treasure for Tiamat's hoard.
In 1492, the adventuring party the Breadwinners, alongside Force Grey agent Viné Seraph, infiltrated Carnath Roadhouse to follow the trail of the Cult of the Dragon's smuggled gold and treasure. They uncovered Bog Luck's involvement, but opted to follow the treasure, which had been taken away by Lizardfolk from the Scaly Death Tribe, leaving Bog Luck alive and unconscious.
Months later, agents of Force Grey arrived to arrest Bog Luck, who insisted they were not a member of the Cult of the Dragon and were only paid to assist them. In exchange for all the information they had on the cult, Bog Luck remained in charge of the Carnath Roadhouse.
