The Ikhtal Empire extends from the western edge of the mountains in the Summerlands to the shores of the Boundless Ocean in the east. Founded in 90 SE, the Ikhtal Empire was contemporary to the Shairin Empire, ultimately outlasting it by more than a thousand years.
Ruled over by elves, with reigns spanning several centuries, the empire's leadership changes infrequently. The current ruler, Empress Thanyanil, has ruled since 886 SF.
