The Royal Dockyard

The Royal DockYard is the harbor located where the Sapphire Keep touches the ocean. Resting next to stone docks are the ships of the Royal Fleet, making up 30% of the empire's total naval power. As well as naval ships many noble vistors are permitted to dock here, while most common trade and vessels are only allowed to use the public docks on the western half of the shore.
