Personal history
Born the 2nd child of Lady Katrina Bixy, an ambitious Baxter wanted to make a name for himself. House Bixy, along with their fellow vassals and leige lord were all staunchly apposed to the polutting practices of House Waile. Seeing the wealth amassed by House Waile Baxter left his family and joined up with Lady Emma Waile in the year 720 ASC, for nearly 100 years Baxter worked for the Wailes, officaly he was their sworn knight, being knighted in 722 ASC, however, it is widely known that Baxter worked as an assassin for the Wailes, eliminating any of their political opponents. In the year 816 ASC, when house Waile was visiting the capital, Baxter was noticed by Queen Cynthia StormClaw V, who had heard of his deadly work, she recruited him to the Crown's Guard and he has served there ever sense.
