The captain of the General's guard, Sir Arstan Bellwart serves as the leader for all the Guards, Servents and others that are in the Sapphire Keep to serve Royal General, Bellthor Barranzo. Orignally the Master-at-arms of Greenemarke he knighted Bellthor Barranzo and was one of her key instructors as a child, when selected to join the Sapphire Council, Bellthor couldn't bear to leave her mentour behind so he now serves in the capital.
