Tags List

In order to maintain some continuity and hopefully some organization I've decided to create a tag table, several of them to prewrangle some tags in place and keep them in one place for easy capture. Some of these tags haven't been made yet but they give me an idea of I need to do for the rest of the articles and how to organize them correctly.
