Personal history

Alicia Enkia Jarry was born on the the Edges of The Canyons to a poor family. Extremely precocious as a child, Alicia showed early signs of advanced intelligence. She quickly outpaced her peers in school, and thanks to a highly prestigious city grant program, enrolled in Edge City 's Yishima University at the age of 13. She went on to continue her education in institutions throughout Europe, earning her medical degree as well as a PhD in Applied Neuroelectrics.
Dr. Jarry returned to Edge City to a tenured position at Yishima University. The school constructed a specialized lab building specifically for her, and she has been given an unprecedented amount of autonomy in her work. In addition to her study of Neuroelectrics, Dr. Jarry frequently collaborates with Yishima's Design department, providing expertise in materials science and biomimicry.

A polymath by nature, Dr. Jarry is a self-motivated learner and autodidact. She is fluent in 6 languages, has a scholar's understanding of Pre-Alliance Russian literature, and has had her creative work shown in museums and art galleries around the world.
