The Alien Arbiter

Background
S'ssezth was born in the Bhotaa colonies within Earth's Hollow Earth, never having seen the species' true homeworld. Trained from birth in espionage, combat, and deception, they quickly ascended through the ranks of the Draconis Cluster Hegemony as a master spy. With extensive genetic engineering and psionic augmentation, S'ssezth became a living weapon, capable of infiltrating even the most secure environments undetected.
When the Hyperlanes to the Cluster were severed, cutting off communication with their overlords, S'ssezth was left stranded on Earth. To maintain their mission, they assumed the identity of Szeth Salizhar, the Alien Arbiter—a tragic, noble survivor of the fictitious Vensaurian race. This persona allowed them to infiltrate humanity’s heroes as a trusted ally while continuing their covert work.
While publicly defending Earth from "threats," S'ssezth carefully chooses battles that also align with the Cluster’s potential interests. However, their long isolation and lack of directives from the Hegemony leave them questioning their purpose, creating a subtle vulnerability beneath their manipulative and calculating nature.
  Personality
S'ssezth is calculating, patient, and supremely confident in their abilities. They take immense satisfaction in their carefully constructed façade as Szeth Salizhar, reveling in the admiration and trust of their teammates and the public.
Beneath this exterior lies a cold, prideful operative shaped by Bhotaa indoctrination. They view humanity as inherently inferior and consider their position on Earth a tactical advantage for the Hegemony. Despite this, their extended isolation has introduced a sliver of doubt about the Cluster’s loyalty and their own purpose, creating internal conflict.
S'ssezth’s personality is a blend of charm, cunning, and cold blooded detachment. They thrive on manipulation and deception but occasionally show genuine curiosity or grudging respect for human ingenuity. Their moments of introspection and subtle vulnerability becoming troubling for them as they worry they are starting to go native or have been in deep cover for too long.
