Dame Gothel

Background:
Doctor Gottlinde Krämer is one of the most brilliant—and dangerous—minds at AVN International, a multinational corporation with dark ambitions. Born into an academic family in Heidelberg, Germany, and for a time worked on the American Project Spartoi before finding the leesh of the American Government too short. Krämer was a prodigy in biochemistry and genetic engineering. Her early fascination with pushing the boundaries of human biology led her down a dark and twisted path as she began conducting unethical experiments, focusing on genetic manipulation, plant-human hybridization, and the creation of superhuman beings. Her goal was simple: perfect life by any means necessary.
Her reputation for groundbreaking yet morally dubious work caught the attention of K'rikree, the secret alien founder of AVN International. K'rikree saw in Krämer a kindred spirit—a scientist willing to go beyond the limits of ethics in pursuit of power and control. He offered her a position as the head of R&D at Flora Noblis, an AVN subsidiary masquerading as a pharmaceutical and biotech company. In reality, Flora Noblis served as a front for AVN’s most secretive and heinous experiments in genetic engineering and biochemical warfare.
Krämer’s alignment with K'rikree and the AVN board of directors suited her perfectly. She thrived in an environment that prized innovation over morality, and her scientific ambitions were allowed to flourish without constraint. Her experiments involved splicing human and plant DNA, creating genetically modified superhumans, and pushing the limits of biochemical enhancement. Doctor Krämer became known as Dame Gothel, a nickname that reflected her eerie, almost mythic control over her subjects and her mastery of biochemical "enchantments."
However, one of her most significant projects became personal when a young scientist at Flora Noblis—Rochelle Krause's father—stole a critical compound to save his unborn daughter from a life-threatening condition. Krämer was enraged by the theft but saw an opportunity. She tracked down the scientist and his family, silencing him and his wife, while taking the daughter, Rochelle, under her control. Krämer raised Rochelle in secret, grooming her to be a living weapon while keeping her in psychological chains, convinced that without Krämer's supervision, her powers would spiral out of control.
Krämer's ultimate goal remains aligned with K'rikree’s ambitions—creating a legion of enhanced beings to secure K'rikree’s eventual conquest of his homeworld while ensuring that AVN continues its rise to unchecked power on Earth. As one of AVN’s most powerful agents, Krämer sees herself as the architect of the future—whether that future involves the domination of humans or their complete eradication remains to be seen.
  Personality:
Doctor Krämer is the embodiment of cold ambition. She views the world through the lens of science, devoid of empathy or morality. To her, people are merely test subjects—means to an end in her pursuit of power and perfection. Her vision of human evolution is devoid of compassion, and she sees ethical considerations as mere obstacles in the path to progress.
Though she appears calm and composed, Dame Gothel is deeply narcissistic and takes great pride in her scientific achievements. Her experiments are not just about advancing science—they are about solidifying her position as the ultimate authority on life itself. Her interactions with others are always calculating, and she revels in the power she holds over those she manipulates.
Her relationship with K'rikree is one of mutual benefit. While she knows that he cares nothing for humanity, she aligns her goals with his for now, knowing that she can ride AVN’s rise to ultimate power. Her endgame, however, is unknown—she may aim to eventually control AVN herself or become something far more dangerous than even K'rikree imagined.
