Lucio (Luke) Setterberg served in the Ecotan Navy and was originally trained as an aerospace engineer. After an honorable discharge, Levi began work in the Department of Investigations as a consultant before eventually being hired as an agent.
Lucio worked in this roll for just over more than a decade, eventually leading his own investigative team before resigning his post citing a private matter. Lucio was then reassigned under David Lakatos as a senior team member within the military crimes division.

Personal history

Lucio was born on the plains of Akani, and apprenticed as an architectural engineer by his father. By the age of twenty, Luke had acquired an astute gift for conventional civil construction in the outlands. After working several contracts for the Ecotan embassy in the Akani capital, Lucio was able to gain favorable immigration status and received permission to begin working within the capital as an apprentice within the Echo university school of civil engineering.
It was here the Luco was first introduced to airship architecture, and changed his field of study from structural to aeronautical design. Lucio assisted in the design of several commuter and private airships, elevating his tame until he received a formal endorsement from the Ecotan capital shipyard. This endorsement enabled Lucio to receive a permanent residency permit. Lucio developed several improvements to Ecotan modular airship design which culminated in the Hyperion class support airship. Lucios work with the Hyperion platform resulted in his residency permit being elevated to full citizenship.
Following the Resolute refueling incident, Lucio offered his services as a consultant to the DI, who accepted. Lucio's assistance to the Resolute investigation proved invaluable, and resulted in the exposure of several design flaws in the Resolute class destroyer which were addressed in later refits of the other ships in service.
