Warrant Officer Dominic Powell (a.k.a. Snowhawk Three)
"Powell was short, and looked on the low end of five foot. He had a lean featherweight build, with muscle that was built more for running than fighting. He bore the shoulder stripes of a warrant officer with marks along his arm indicating he specialized in combat engineering, explosive ordnance disposal, and had training as a general mechanic. His short frame sported a head that seemed just a bit too big for his body, with rounded features and a huge forehead. His skin tone was lighter than most, with a full head of hair and ears that seemed to spread a bit too far outwards. He looked like the stereotype of a smart ass, one that had been picked on in school and decided to join the military to make up for it."

Personal history
Domininc Powell was born in Ecota the son of two naturalized citizens who immigrated from the plains of Akani.
Sexuality
Male, with a certain nervousness around women. He has never perused a romantic relationship, but is open to the possibility.
Education
As a technical system specialist Dominic is familiar with Ecotan computer systems and is capable of utilizing a number of advanced tools in repairing and maintaining airship systems. He is trained and certified in security and perimeter systems, ship computer systems, electronic surveillance systems, and combat forensics.
Employment
Powell entered military service after graduating from Ecotan electronics academy at the top of his class. He was accordingly placed in the Ecotan advanced systems school following completion of basic training. After several years of exemplary service, which included valuable input on a number of military projects, Powell was promoted to Warrant Officer and volunteered for a tour aboard the Resolve. His service aboard the vessel has been exemplary, and he has been recommended for promotion by both Cabin Sarr, and Drelis Marr. This promotion awaits review by the officers board and will be considered when Powell's active tour ends.
Accomplishments & Achievements
His career was distinguished with a number of merits, including work on the acoustic mapping sensor program. This technology has seen promising results surveillance and espionage operations where it has been tested.
Failures & Embarrassments
Powell has been implicated in an incident aboard the Salinor in which a software glitch in the ship's central computer resulted in ship wide systems reset. The reset resulted in a sudden autopilot disconnect which the helmsman was unprepared for. A combination of spacial disorientation and maneuvering errors on the part of the ships helm resulted in a sudden loss of altitude before other members of the bridge crew were able to intervene.
There were no fatalities, but the vessel suffered several stress fractures in its hull and superstructure as a result of over-corrections made during the unexpected manual flight.

Intellectual Characteristics
Powell is an academic first and foremost, and considers himself more of a scientist than a soldier. However Powell does not shy away from the more violent aspects of military service, and has volunteered for deployment into combat zones in support of direct actions on several occasions.

Powell is trained in and understands military weapons and tactics, though he has never been placed in or around a kill box. Powell believes he could take a kill shot if called upon to do so, though that necessity has not presented itself. Powell hopes it never will, though his service aboard the Resolve has placed him in several life or death situations.

Powell seeks the approval of his peers, though is more concerned with leaving his mark on the world. He wants to leave it better than he found it, and as a result has taken to finding ways to subvert the various Sovereigns the rule the out-lands. He joined the house of Sarr after being recruited by Kabin, a fellow officer who saw his potential and wanted to ensure his talents were well applied.
