"Graduated with honors from the University of Ecota under a delayed enlistment contract from the Ecotan Military, Wells has been an exemplary crewman during his tyme on the Myran. While we aren't a combat ship, logistical support has always been a more humble aspect military operation. Wells has played an integral role in maintaining our flight systems, despite his relative inexperience. Wells has worked alongside our senior flight engineers on several complex maintenance projects, including two coil rebuilds on our number two and four lift cell units damaged during a thunderstorm near redline.
He's never been late for a shift, and has volunteered several times to assist in maintenance activities which extended the length of his normal shift schedule. He shares a passion for his work that is often lacking in many crewman, and a passion which I appreciate in all of my senior staff.
I was surprised when he approached me with a transfer request, and even more surprised when it listed your ship as having an open position. I thought perhaps he was being ambitious, though many younger men often are. That he has gone all the way to Corporal in the short time he's worked aboard this ship speaks well of his abilities. It's hard to lose any crewman with his skills, but if he is to go anywhere, the Resolve is certainly a ship that can use our best to their fullest.
He comes with my personal recommendation. Though I would try to temper his thirst for adventure, I fear it may get in in some trouble."
