The Great Strike
Financial EventThe Heshian patricians attempt to pass a law forbidding guilds from collecting guild dues from its members. The guilds go on a collective strike which grinds the Syndicate economy to a halt. Risking defaults on thousands of contracts, the patricians repeal the law and the strike is ended.
