An adstropher (or a funwheel) is a bibelot used for amusement. Consisting of a large, circular platform attached to an elemental engine, that rotates when activated. Often, they have some sort of whimsical seating mounted on the platform, such as horses, dragons, or whales, which move up and down when activated, simulating a person riding a mount.
