Kyle Morgan
Kyle Morgan is an assassin in the employ of Aztechnology and the partner of Perianwyr. He's known as the bogeyman of Aztechnology due to the success rate of jobs he's assigned to. Although rumors speculate that he is one of, if not the best, assassins currently working in the field, a fair bit of this reputation is likely due to his association with Perianwyr, more so than his personal abilities.

Personal history
Morgan's history before Aztechnology is scattered, very few records survived the Crash of '29. He is believed to have been born around 2004, although where exactly is unknown. Aztechnology's personell records indicate Morgan has a military background, most likely either for Aztlan or its predecessor state Mexico. This military career saw monumental success, partially due to Morgan's own skill with a rifle, but also because of his association with the western dragon Perianwyr.
The story goes that in 2022, Perianwyr returned to his body out in the countryside of Wales. The hungry newborn dragon devoured cattle in a nearby village. When the upset villagers attempted to slaughter Perianwyr, who was still weakened from his rebirth, Morgan intervened. Supposedly Morgan made use of a shotgun and his own natural charisma to convince the mob to back down, creating a bond with Perianwyr that lasts to this day.
Sometime around 2040 Morgan and Perianwyr caught the attention of Aztechnology, who brought them on as hitmen. The pair quickly gained a reputation for extreme efficiency, with Morgan as the brains and sharpshooter of the pair and Perianwyr as the muscle and intimidation factor. By the 2050s, Morgan had a near perfect track record and leading to his title as Number One Assassin, a title Perianwyr scared people off of stealing.
In 2054, the pair experienced their first major failure. They were sent to assassinate a musical icon named Mercurial, but were out-maneuvered by a group of shadowrunners. Perianwyr later claims that he and Morgan were not actually that excited to be taking Mercurial out, and were happy to have an excuse not to, but the stain on their reputation nevertheless hangs over their head.

Kyle Morgan has a close personal relationship with his partner, Perianwyr, but how exactly this relationship expresses itself is not currently known. Beyond that, Morgan's personal life is kept heavily under wraps.
Morgan does also have a strong network of contacts for his job. A small group of Aztechnology intelligence agents work under Perianwyr and Morgan in a unit known as the Dragonriders. This unit, like their leader, generally work outside of the public eye, so very few details are known about them.
