The King Within the Palace

The Silent King towers over the nonsensical constructions of its skyless home, yet its presence is untraceable unless it wants it otherwise. When he chooses to appear before his Court, or whoever else may be, the world bows and twists to his will, malleable like the very tendrils of smoke that form it; shifting to accommodate whatever way he wishes to appear as. Sometimes it announces its presence with a shadow as small as a shadow in the horizon or in the corner of an eye, but generally, its appearance is world-bending.
The King is aware at all times of what has left and joined his collection, and of its location in the Realm; this includes his Servants, or at least those bound by contract to him.
The only exceptions are if they leave his Palace, or when he himself is not present in the plane itself, something that happens extremely rarely, if ever at all. When either returns to the Palace, he will become aware of it (all) again.
This power would easily allow it to spy, micromanage, control its servants if it so desired, but he finds doing so… Dull. There is no purpose in it, frankly, it's below him. If he is to observe something or someone within his Realm, he’ll usually let himself be known. Even if it's just the presence of its gaze.

The Archivist, Vanessa Yovranna also has the King's awareness and control over the Realm, though any information she is barred from knowing is the exception; as well as any ocassion where he doesn't actively allow her to.
