Captains Mi & Mo
Known History
Mi&Mo have been registered as royal prisoners: 5646 & 5647. They were arrested and processed for multiple crimes. Many of them involving magic, used to trick people, selling worthless junk as gold. Quickly it became apparent that a string of gruesome murders and mutilations could be linked back to them as well. They managed to escaped before they could be brought before his Majesty King Theoderich III for a direct judgement.Unholy abominations, kill at first sight!

When they were young they lived on the streets of the royal capital and quickly learned to become quite good at begging and thieving. Mo distracted victims, Mi took their purses. Over time their schemes became more and more elaborate, especially after they learned how to use Illusion and Transmutation magic, through a pact with an unknown entity. They were provided with an artefact to enhance their curses and spells in relation to polymorph shapechange etc, preventing a usual lifting of the spell.
When it got too dangerous in the royal capital, they made their way to the isles and quickly captured a ship for themselves. Their unusual cruelty prevented them from being accepted into the pirates council, after agreeing to no longer transform captured merchants against their will, they have been admitted, as their skills are needed now.
They take that frustration out on their crew and have started to transform more often and for lesser “transgressions”.
Mi & Mo have only recently been added to the pirates council, both share one ship and one vote.
Both are very well aware, that they are only on the council because they are a necessary evil, a black ops of sort. Which means that they do not have a large interest in ending any possible conflict, without knowing that another might loom on the horizon.
They enjoy facing weaker enemies head on to torture them and will lay traps and ambushes for stronger enemies to weaken them.
Gloating is a valid hobby.

They are also able to transform people into things and small animals. These curses can be broken in the regular way.

Personality
Truly sadistic and evil, most people can be redeemed, not Mi&Mo. No remorse, no pain, nou guilt, no nothing. They revel in the chaos and distrust and hate and fear their mere presence causes. To say that they feel affection for each other would be an overstatement, but yet they only seem to care about each other. Hurting one will outrage the other, leading to even worse and more sadistic behaviour.Both are very well aware, that they are only on the council because they are a necessary evil, a black ops of sort. Abilities
They are able to transform anyone into a tiefling, a spell that cannot be revoked by common means, greater restoration will not work, break curse will not work, their own death will not end the effect. Nothing short of a wish spell is able to return a person to normal.They are also able to transform people into things and small animals. These curses can be broken in the regular way.
