Description
People that would be better at home in a deep forest, or maybe even in the underdark, they do not seem to care about their physical appearance at all. Confirming again, that the shifting isles are settled by barbarians. Most often the few clothes they wear are cut from sailcloth and reinforced with scraps of leather, held together by a couple ropes, leaves and vines. Many of them are scarred beyond recognition, not even our greatest paladins, who have fought countless battles, are as marred as they are.
Psychology
Contrary to their barbarous exteriour, many of them seem to observe a "no-killing" policy. Instead they knock people unconscious and everyone grabs what they can, nothing is distributed and every sailor has to pay a share to
Cianan Everwave. Due to the druidic nature of their captains, many seem to be inclined to protect the local wildlife. They are one of the few crews that actively targets the settlements in the shifting isles, in an attempt to drive the inhabitants out, to help the local animal population retake the areas.
Make-Up
Many a disgraced druid has found their home with this crew. Especially the ones following extreme interpretations of their order's commands. Where the druids go, the rangers follow. Their ships are most often sorrounded by a great deal of marine life. Last but certainly not least, the no-killing policy seems to attract at least a few clerics to their ranks. These are usually following the gods that do not care about law and order.
