Little is known about this person as he never was a citizen of the kingdom or our neighbours. As far as we were able to conclude, he was born to exiled parents, learning the druidic ways from them, outside any proper order.

A Complete History of Ciannan Everwave

Ciannan was born as the child of a pair of exiled druids. His parents never managed to make the Isles their home and had a hard time getting used to the new location. They did not know how to deal with the Isles and never were good parents to Ciannan. Teaching him very little, beyond a few spells and a little bit of Druid's Cant. At the first moment he got, he abandoned them and left to follow his own path. Through his skills in acting and deception, he managed to convince many people that he was a full fledged druid and could control the weather, at least locally. This allowed him to rise through the ranks rather quickly, without any actual skill. He recruited real druids to do the hard work for him and has been coasting on their success since then.

Personality

He is angry at anyone but himself, deeply afraid that people may discover that he is a fraud. Quick to be angered, quick to be lured into making a promise or deal. He feels a deep disdain and envy for any real druid in or outside his crew.
