6/11/2022-
Practice Adventure
- Goal: get the key to the Castle on the Hill
- NPCS: Tav the Innkeeper (charmed, did not recall the key), Bardhilda the Bard (did not HAVE the key, but knew Tav had it. Had him charmed.)
- Result: Both NPCs were murdered and the key was retrieved. There was an attempt to burn the inn down, but it was unsuccessful.

6/18/2022-
On the journy to answering the call of an anonymous summons to a high paying quest, Aralia the halfling naturalist, Vash the half elven duelist, and Metztli the Dragonborn blood hunter, all found themselves crossing paths at the Cranberry Inn in the City of Badaf at the western entrance to the Moonshadow Path. While this lively bunch enjoyed Cranberry wine and suggestive gyrations to the tune of Ye Old Wonderwall, a nameless warforged, a runaway slave of the leader of The Sinner's Syndicate, known as The Ranni, was cornered by thugs in the basement of this fine establishment. Alerted by the ruckus in the cellar, the three young mercenaries investigated the situation. The Ranni's henchman, a user of dark magic, had summoned a troop of goblins and skeletons to overpower the fleeing slave. Vash and Metz made quick work of these vile minions, cleaving the small goblins in twain like fine summer sausage. Aralia tended to the nameless warforged's wounds and attempted to persuade the dark wizard out of further violence. Sadly, his loyalty to the Dark Lady was unwavering. In a final act of self liberation, the nameless warforged slave cleaved the sorcerers skull from his neck, a slave no more. The owner of the Cranberry Inn thanked the group for dispatching the crony of Ranni and proceeded to mop up the blood and gore from his cellar. The group was awarded a free nights stay and regrouped in comfort, still unsure why their mysterious summons had led them to this place. Their next step was to traverse the dark and foreboding Moonshadow Path to find the Darklight Estate.

- --A Practice Session--
Ember (Austin) and his twin brother Flint (played by Ernie) are attacked by some bandits. The youth manage to kill one of them, and two of them run off entirely. However, when it seems like they might have won the day, the bandit leader comes forward, enraged at Ember's cocky attitude and the defeat of one of his men. In his rage, he murders Flint and nearly kills Ember. Ember, left for dead, is rescued by Hitokiri.
Years later, Ember and Hitokiri attempt to pull a heist in a tavern. By coincidence, Rowan the Wizard is also there. The heist does not go very well, but Hitokiri does make it out with some gold. Ember, however, leaves upset about killing a goblin, despite hating goblins. They also anger a dragon who burns down the tavern and is blamed for all of the murder.
Players: Ember (Austin), Hitokiri (Armando), Rowan (Ernie).
