18-19: Galdraskole
General Summary
Galdraskole, the abandoned school of magic in the frozen north. This tall tower presented an intense challenge for the adventuring party, and gave them one of their toughest blows. Inside, they faced off against many magical challenges. On such challenge proved too tough, and Gabriel the Cleric met his end. The others nearly joined him, but just as they all nearly lost their lives, that particular trial ended. The group was dismayed when Gabriel did not move to stand after the trial. They carried his body with them, in desperate hope that they would find some way to bring him back to them.
Later in the tower, they found the floor dedicated to the magic of necromancy. Here they found a mystical cauldron capable of raising the dead, and they used it to bring their friend back from the world beyond. United once again, the group continued through the school of magic, facing off with a magical dragon for a second time. This time, however, Jin-e managed to convince the dragon to join them, offering him his own temple and worship.
Tired, abused, and with much to think of, the group used Dao's Recall to return to the ship.
Except for Jin-e, who went with Galdraskole (the dragon) to face off with the bounty hunter who had tracked him to the school. Together, Jin-e and Galdraskole ended the life of the bounty hunter who sought to bring the assassin to justice

Oh the bravest heroes of our time
Went North for treasures galore!
They found the ancient magic school,
And treasure, and so much more!
In the stone halls of Galdraskole
The hero’s group grew less by one!
As they fought their way on up
Poor Gabriel’s story was done!
They packed him up and through their tears
Carried him right along,
The tragedy they felt was grand,
And we sing it in this soooonnggg.
They fought their way right to the top
Where a dragon they did face!
They battled fiercely and won the fight
But found they somehow reversed the place?!
Now traveling down, deep underground
New fiends and traps they saw
And how lucky they were to find
A cauldron and a bunch of saaalt!
This magical item could, they learned,
Raise their friend back from the dead!
And he rose just in time to fight a new foe
And help them save their heaaads.
They went up, and they went down,
Through traps that killed and cursed,
And fiends, and oozes, and magical spoons,
And other stuff much woooorse.
At the bottom they found a great big cave,
Full of a shimmering, glittery hoard!
But what else comes with so much gold?
A GREAT BIG DRAGON, OF COURSE!
The dragon from before was back,
With vengeance in his heart!
But the assassin then stepped forward
With charisma off the charrrrt!
The dragon was swayed to stay his wrath
(He was just a little lonely)
So he joined the heroes and even
gave them a super cool magical feat!
So that’s the song of Galdraskole,
(Where did all the mages go?)
Our tale was nearly tragedy,
But of course our heroes ROCK AND ROLL.
