Wolteh Liege was an important figure in the failed assassination of King Storvald Mithrus. He was captured and sentenced to exile over the wall for high treason, however he supposedly acted independently from the Il'ithani Empire. Though he was capture and sentenced, another man by the name of Drathir Lá was also wrongly convicted of being a part of the assassination attempt. The two met whilst on the western side of the Ordloch Wall where this was confirmed, which only further solidified the suspisions that Drathir was innocent of any crime of which he was accused.
