King Grol
King Grol was a Bugbear and leader of the Cragmaw Goblin tribe. He rules his goblin, hobgoblin and bugbear subjects from Cragmaw Castle. He was affected by old age, rare for a bugbear, but was still agile and strong. He ruled with intimidation and fear which lead some of his subjects to consider a regime change though they were to scared of him to act on it.
Grol was always attended by his large pet wolf, Snarl and a pair of hobgoblin guards.
Grol and his Cragmaw goblins had been hired by the Black Spider to capture Gundren Rockseeker and his map.
