Banished

The Banished condition refers to the state of The Archangels after their expulsion from the material plane of The Shattered Realm following The Fall. Unable to directly influence the world they once protected, the Archangels were cast out of the realm by The Demon Lords and their followers. Though they remain powerful celestial beings, their forms are now confined to the ethereal planes, unable to manifest fully in the world of mortals. They can only reach out through subtle means, such as dreams, visions, and whispers in moments of great need. The Banished Archangels are in a constant state of limbo, stripped of their full might and bound by an otherworldly force that prevents them from returning to the material plane. This condition serves as both a symbol of their defeat and a prison that binds them to the hope of eventual redemption, as they wait for the right moment to restore balance to the Shattered Realm.
