Makara Isles

The Southernmost collection of 4 islands before heading straight into The Southern Expanse. The hub of new developments in Goblin technology exists here and due to its close proxmity to The Expanse is known for it's especially unreliable samples and prototypes. The island are: The Southern Edge, which is actually two small island connected by a land bridge. The area that is on the other side of the land bridge is called The Arctic Enclave and is the only area of arctic cold weather in The Southern Hemisphere; believed to be under some kind of magic enchantment or spell (but not cursed). The second island is called Briskbomb Island -- named after the impulsive nature of the goblins who live their and test the new technologies. There is a large crater lake in the middle of the island. The next island is called Karna's Beam and is the Headquarters for the Sun Cult and it's operation. The island below it is called Calypso's Cove, named after the Sun Goddess and also territory of the Sun Cult.
