Physical Description

Special abilities

  • Hypercompetence: The ability to be extremely skilled in an impressive number of fields. The user possesses powerful/incredible skill in one, several, or in some cases every possible field or discipline, whether intellectual or practical, formal or mundane: mathematics, cooking, strategy, sports, games, politics, fighting, martial arts, mechanics, psychology, economy, art, medicine, investigation, etc. Users demonstrate a mind-boggling level of perceptiveness and efficiency in their respective field(s), multiplying virtually impossible feats with ridiculous ease. Their unbelievable level of competence truly puts them in an unreachable category of their own, that simply eludes others' understanding.
  • 2 Track Mind: Medraut can navigate the complexities of up to 2 different streams of consciousness concurrently. This unique cognitive capacity grants him a multifaceted approach to problem-solving and decision-making, allowing for unparalleled adaptability in various situations. After the defeat and expulsion of Mordred from his being, Medraut became capable of actually using both his Mind Tracks to their full capabilities.
  • Disease Immunity: The power to be immune to all diseases. The user's immunity, digestive, and other organ systems are enhanced or evolved far beyond that of a normal human. They are completely immune to every form of disease brought on by bacteria, viruses, or even parasites.
  • Enhanced Stamina: The power to possess superhuman levels of stamina. Users possess enhanced stamina, they're highly resistant to the lactic acid buildup in their muscles, allowing the users to be physically more active than peak humans being able to run 400 miles without breaking a sweat, they could also fight for days to weeks without any rest or signs of exhaustion.
  • Inherited Information & Knowledge: Medraut is a clone of Mordred and was born with all the information and knowledge that Mordred had amassed in his life. All he lacked was Mordred's memories which he chose to expunge when he also banished Mordred from his being.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: The power to automatically and rapidly heal. Users possess a regenerative healing factor, meaning that they can rapidly heal and get restored to their optimal and full health/state at an extremely fast rate. Unlike Healing, the regeneration/healing factor is a process that happens unconsciously without the need for activation, resulting in a constant state of optimal health. Regeneration is a process that occurs in all biological entities, but a regenerative healing factor is much more efficient, seamless, and powerful. So much so that users can recreate lost or damaged tissues, organs, and limbs, sometimes slowing, or even stopping aging, something natural regeneration can never accomplish (or does so extremely slowly). The user is generally in very good physical shape, as their bodies are constantly reverting to a healthy state, granting them nigh-inexhaustible stamina and vitality. The regeneration process also increases the speed of processes the body uses in the healing such as endorphin production to mitigate pain reducing the amount of time and severity the subject feels discomfort leading to an increased pain threshold. Other processes included are the production of adrenaline and the fight or flight response which are greatly extended by the increased recovery leading to increased physical performance as the subject gains elevated strength and energy while also being able to push their bodies harder due to decreased sensation of pain.

Wheel-Turning King Form
Upon attaining the Wheel-Turning King Form (also known as Chakravartin State), a Mage undergoes a profound transformation wherein their body, mind, and soul undergo a comprehensive restoration, effectively eradicating any afflictions or damages they may have sustained. This metamorphosis is not merely cosmetic; it also heralds a substantial augmentation in the Mage's physical prowess and capabilities. Of particular significance is the secure assimilation of Raw Magical Energy, a process that distinguishes itself from the risky venture of Limit Breaking.
The Chakravartin Form bestows upon the Mage the profound ability to comprehend and wield Runic Magic, a formidable branch of magical arts intricately linked to the vital energies of the World Tree. Spells cast through Runic Magic, as well as any other magical or offensive maneuvers executed in this formidable form, transcend existence until the precise moment they impact the intended target. This unique characteristic endows the Mage with an unparalleled advantage, guaranteeing an impeccable success rate of 100% for all offensive endeavors conducted in the Chakravartin state. This form allows the user to use all Lower Mahābhūta Techniques without hindrance. The Mahābhūta is the basis of all creation within the cosmos and the elements that all Mages can manifest an affinity for. A Mage's Magic naturally manifests with its Mahābhūta embedded within, this is called the Magic Attribute or the Attributes of a Mage's Craft, however, when in the Chakravartin State, all Lower techniques are available for use, Prithvi (Earth), Ap (Water), Tejas (Fire), Vayu (Air), and Akasha (Ether or Space).
When beings die, they go to the 50 Dead Worlds of Helheim where they journey through each world until they reach the Well of Souls where their mind is utterly destroyed and their soul is reincarnated into a new being to begin a new. When the Chakravartin State is obtained, a Mage has awareness and memories of their past lives as well as the ability to influence the cycles of their future lives to some extent. When a Mage is no longer in their Chakravartin State, they will still retain the memories and awareness of their past lives, and in some cases, truly skilled Mages can draw on the power from their past selves to compound and increase their own. While this power may only be obtained or used in the Chakravartin State, Mages can take their past incarnations and distill them into Sword Arms, magical blades that are the manifestation of that incarnation's past and power. In this way, while not in the Chakravartin State, Mages can wield the power of their past lives.

The Eight Magical Arts

Magic is the combination of Mana + Natural Energy, Yin with Yang, creating something new. Mana (Yin) is actually what the 5th Dimension is made up of and is what we would consider Raw Magical Energy. When beings from the 3rd Dimension and lower channel Mana through their Mana Cells, they are passively mixing it with Natural Energy (Yang) a form of otherwise useless energy that all beings emit. Natural Energy acts to dilute the Mana, allowing lower beings of flesh and blood to wield it, called Refined Magical Energy, or just Magic. Mana Cells recover at a rate that is 2x slower than what they were collected. If it took your Cells 10 minutes to collect x amount of Magic, you will need to wait 20 minutes until you are back at full capacity.

Mana Cells develop naturally and are what allow beings to tap into Mana from the 5th Dimension, the amount of Mana you can process into useable Magic is defined by how high your MC Count is (Mana Cell Count). It also depends on how efficient one is with processing their energy and their transmutation. For example, Person X's Mana Cells may take in 10 Jk. of Mana but may only have an Actual Yield of 2 Jk. in terms of Magical Energy. This will contrast with Person Y who may have a conversion rate of 10 Jk. of Mana to 7 Jk. of Magical Energy. Mana Cell Count and Magical Energy Yield are the biggest factors when it comes to determining how much Magic one has access to.
Once the body has Magical Energy, it travels upon a route of 7 metaphysical gates known as the Seven Tubaki Genshin, which act as regulators of the Mage's magical energy. These Gates are self-imposed limiters for the safety of the Mage in question. Learning how to open all Seven Tubaki Genshin is essential to make full use of 100% of your full power, this is known as Opening all Seven Gates. But just as important is learning to close them on command. Putting 100% of your power into every action you take with Magic will only completely burn through the energy your Mana Cells collected. The sign of a great mage can use Magic in a controlled and disciplined way.

Magical ArtDescription
DivinationDivination is a magical art and practice that involves seeking knowledge, insight, or guidance through supernatural or mystical means. Divination is used to gain information about the past, present, or future, as well as to uncover hidden truths or understand the deeper aspects of a situation or individual's life. It is often employed as a tool for making decisions, predicting outcomes, or gaining spiritual insight. It is important to note that divination is not an exact science and does not guarantee absolute predictions or outcomes. The interpretation of divinatory tools and methods is subjective and can vary based on the individual practitioner and the specific circumstances involved. Divination should be approached with an open mind and used as a tool for reflection, self-discovery, and gaining insight rather than relying solely on it for decision-making.
NecromancyNecromancy is a magical art that involves the manipulation and interaction with death, the deceased, and the energies associated with the afterlife. It is often depicted as the study and practice of dark and forbidden magic, as necromancers deal with taboo subjects and can control or communicate with the spirits of the dead. Necromancy encompasses a wide range of practices and abilities. Some necromancers specialize in divination and communication with spirits, seeking knowledge or guidance from the deceased. Another aspect of necromancy involves the reanimation or manipulation of dead bodies or skeletal remains. Necromancers can also employ spells or rituals to manipulate death energy, draining the life force from living beings or harnessing the power of death itself.
ConjurationConjuration is a magical art that involves the summoning, calling forth, or creation of beings, energies, or objects through magical means. Practitioners of conjuration, known as conjurers, can bring forth entities from other planes of existence, create illusions or manifestations, or even summon and control elemental forces. Conjuration is a versatile and powerful school of magic that allows spellcasters to manipulate and interact with the fabric of reality. The practice of conjuration typically requires a deep understanding of the desired entity or force being summoned. Conjurers must be knowledgeable about the characteristics, nature, and potential risks associated with the beings they call upon. They employ rituals, spells, sigils, and incantations to establish a connection and draw forth the desired entity or energy.
EnchantmentEnchantment is a magical art that involves imbuing objects, creatures, or locations with magical properties or abilities. Enchanters harness mystical energies to infuse an item or being with magical essence, enhancing its attributes, granting it special powers, or altering its nature. Enchantment can make objects more potent, provide protection, enhance abilities, or even bestow sentience upon inanimate objects. The process of enchantment typically involves the use of spells, rituals, and incantations. Enchanters draw upon their knowledge of magical principles and the specific properties of the object or creature they seek to enchant. They channel and direct magical energies into the target, imbuing it with the desired enchantment.
IllusionIllusion is a magical art that involves the manipulation of perception, creating sensory experiences that are not based on physical reality. Illusionists use spells, tricks, and subtle manipulations to deceive the senses, altering what individuals see, hear, feel, taste, and smell. Through their mastery of illusion magic, practitioners can create convincing illusions, deceive others, and shape their perception of the world. Illusion magic often requires a deep understanding of perception and psychology. Illusionists study how the mind processes sensory information and exploit its tendencies to create convincing illusions. They employ techniques such as misdirection, suggestion, and the manipulation of subtle cues to deceive the senses and make the illusion seem real.
EvocationEvocation is a magical art that focuses on the manipulation and control of elemental energies and forces. It involves the summoning and commanding of spirits, creatures, or energy manifestations to achieve various effects. Evocation is often associated with the direct manipulation of raw power and the ability to unleash destructive or transformative forces. Practitioners of evocation, known as evokers, harness the elemental energies present in the world around them or tap into metaphysical realms to bring forth and direct these forces.
AlchemyAlchemy is a mystical and ancient magical art that combines elements of science, philosophy, and magic. It is often associated with the transformation of base metals into precious ones, such as turning lead into gold, but alchemy encompasses much more than just material transmutation. Alchemists seek to understand the fundamental nature of matter, energy, and the universe, aiming to unlock hidden knowledge and achieve spiritual and physical transformation.
AbjurationAbjuration is a magical school or art that focuses on protective and defensive magic. It involves the use of spells and rituals to ward off and negate harmful effects, banish or repel creatures, and create barriers of protection. Abjuration magic is often associated with shields, barriers, and dispelling magic. Abjuration spells and rituals often require concentration, focus, and a deep understanding of the magical energies involved.

Specialized Equipment

The Gorgon Shield: Icon of Phadeiagny
When Medraut was wed to Princess Phadeiagny, she gifted him a great shield that depicted her motif on its face, enchanted to ward off evil spirits and bring good luck. The shield was of Aspis design or Porpax design. Although it's made from gold, it has a layer of colorful decorative paint on top. While in service to Medraut on his adventures, it was almost always gold in color, any color or decoration being washed, cut, melted, or burned away from any sort of foe he faced.
The Black Winter Blade
The Black Winter is an immense power source, a stray god of Fimbulwinter who is said to freeze light and slow down the passage of time. It was rampant during the Great War in Heaven but was defeated and imprisoned by Mordred into his legendary Mawdread, a great battle axe that stood as tall as some men. When Mordred was defeated, the Mawdread was broken and sealed in a hidden Camelot armory. Medraut would later raid this armory during one of his quests and have the Mawdread reforged by Kell Undrin into the mythical Black Winter Blade. The weapon called to Medraut's inner Mordred and when using it, Medraut would lose control of Mordred within himself. Medraut would eventually destroy the blade with the fires of Múspellsheimr, killing the Black Winter and Mordred with it.
The Black Winter Blade itself was a long sword with a blade that resembled obsidian and it could regulate the output of energy from its master to conserve their stamina. The Black Winter could be summoned to wreak untold havoc and destruction on an area and wounds inflicted by the Black Winter are slow to hear and spread throughout the body, cold enough to even freeze over stars. While it is an exceptionally powerful weapon, the downsides of withstanding the cold and the power of the Black Winter god himself are too great and not worth the risk.
Chastiefol, Chastizer Of Fools
The King of Games is an extradimensional being of immense and infinite power who can appear as a young and rowdy boy at any time and any place. The King of Games will demand his victims to play games with him, best 2 out of 3 wins. King Arthur once encountered the King of Games and bested him in chess and battleship, escaping with his life and a reward from the being, Chastiefol. The sword is brightly colored and resembles a toy sword one might give to a child. However, when used, Chastiefol can take on the form of any weapon, regardless of size, complexity, or function. So long as some part of Chastiefol remains, it will always return from damage. The sword disappeared under queer circumstances but later was recovered and wielded by Medraut.

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Medraut is the clone of Mordred the Black, biologically making him the son of King Arthur Pendragon, the Once and Future King and Mordred's brother. Medraut was named after one of Mordred's favorite sons and was supposed to be Mordred's new body after his defeat by the Round-Table Knights. However, Medraut would develop his awareness, inadvertently suppressing Mordred's own. After the defeat of Mordred, Medraut was found in one of the Black Legion's hidden facilities. Sir Gawain could not cut the child down but kept him hidden so as not to subject him to the wrath of Lancelot which had fallen on all the children of Mordred. His son, Sir Lioniaus, was charged with secreting him away and tasked with keeping an eye on the child. Sir Lioniaus ventured to the Gorgon Queendom and posed as a sage named Yder in service to the sitting Monarch and raised the boy himself.

Education

  • Medraut was educated by Sir Lioniaus who taught him Philosophy, Literature, Poetry, History, Arithmetic, Higher Reasoning, Science, and Technology. Lioniaus also taught him marksmanship, swordsmanship, Magic, and strategy and leadership. The boy learned so fast and so well that Lioniaus taught him everything he knew, and then some.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Medraut was internally driven from his home by a desire to know who he was, having been entrusted to the Monarch of the Gorgons under queer circumstances, unknowingly housing the power and mind of Mordred within. Mordred's own body was sickly and broken, and Medraut was created as a superweapon to replace his body and help him take the throne of Camelot. Medraut would battle with this internal struggle for years during his adventure, conflicted over how he felt about himself and what he perceived as his internal voice was saying. When Medraut learned the truth, he expelled Mordred from his body through great effort, sacrificing much of his power to do so. Medraur feared he would inherit the will of Mordred, to be a traitor and sickly man, but he overcame his fears to choose his path forward, not one prescribed for him.

Contacts & Relations

  • Lioniaus de Lys | Foster Father
Lioniaus de Lys is one of the sons of Gawain le Fay and his concubine, Princess Gloriete de Lys. Lioniaus was a brave and likable knight, the best among his three brothers, and favored by their father. When Lioniaus gave up all the glory and power he had to raise Medraut in secret, he did so gladly, having already long since grown weary of the Gret War in Heaven. Lioniaus took the name Yder and came to serve Minirea Kyōmori, Monarch of the Gorgṓn Queendom. She had ideas about who they were but allowed "Yder" to serve in her court as an advisor. Medraut would later be promised to one of her daughters in marriage. Medraut saw Lioniaus as his father.
