Session 2: Side Tracks
General Summary
The party got together again after doing their individual trainings. While moving to the adventuring guild The Vanguard to hand in proof of finding the missing girl, the characters were confronted on the streets by two elf girls, Nara and Jara Silverwind. They promised to fashion at minimum a cape out of the wolf pelt that Misa is carrying, if the party helps the twins to solve their supply issues. Apparently, shipments from the south are going missing before reaching the village of Baraery. The party is supposed to investigate and find the missing material.
Knowing this would delay their return to Goldcrest, they arranged an explaining letter to be sent by the carriage and postal service, Gallop Girls. They also spend around 125GP to send a shipment of food there. Afterwards, the party split in two to check out a couple more stores, such as Well Read and Sole Mate.
Finally, the party started their journey towards Baraery and camped on the edge of a forest south of the Elaris river. While trying to forage food, Misa and Anhiri were surprised by a small fairy that used magic tricks to alter their hair. Anhirir succeeded in capturing her in a jar and made a deal to free the fairy at last in return for break the spell on their foliage. Later that night, a small group of bandit accompanied by wolves attacked, but thanks to the intense training, the characters were able to easily defeat them. While looting their bodies, Brokr found amulets with strange engravings on the bandits.
