Mr. Clean's Surveillance Van

Agent Andrew Clean has access to a surveillance van supplied by DHS-PIG that he uses to watch and record situations.
It's a white cargo van with several magnetic signs which can be affixed to the sides to appear as a typical business - plumber, cable, electrical, florist, caterer, etc. The van is equipped with standard federal surveillance options, and a couple of Weird Science tweaks that Mr. Clean himself put in place.
There are proper seats only in the front of the van, and much of the AC has been removed to run cables for the surveillance equipment. Unfortunately, the surveillance equipment tends to run hot, so the vehicle is uncomfortable.
