Agent Tobi Eccles is assigned to the New Orleans regional office of DHS-PIG.
To those who know of her, she is known as an expert in the Weird Science that the agency sometimes deals in. Other agents often come to her for her expertise on the topic.
As an agent in one of the most supernatural locations in the US if not the world, Agent Eccles doesn't have it easy, but she is tough as nails and has been up to the task.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Agent Eccles is in the kind of good shape that comes not from working out, but from regularly exerting herself. She is fit and tough, able to push through considerable pain due to her job. She does wear a wrist brace on her right forearm from a repetitive stress injury.

Body Features

Agent Eccles is relatively broad-shouldered and slim-hipped. She keeps her jet black hair pulled back in a pony tail most of the time. She has a tattoo on the inside of her left forearm of an alpha near the elbow joint and an omega near the wrist, with the letters being covered in arcs of electricity, and a Jacob's Ladder joining the two.

Tobi is into men. She doesn't have much time to pursue such things, and for the most part doesn't terribly miss it. She's not cold or frigid, but sees her work as being more important that such pursuits.

Education

Tobi has a Masters' degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She mentored under a now-deceased agent of DHS-PIG and learned the ways of Weird Science from him.

Employment

Has been with DHS-PIG for over 10 years. Is an agent in good standing.

Accomplishments & Achievements

She is known to have stood down a pack of loup garou on her own, using a device she cobbled together in a Wal-Mart with only minutes to prepare. She is cagey about the details, but other agents do tell the story about her.

Intellectual Characteristics

Very curious, and possessed of a broad knowledge of the applications of supernatural objects for Weird Science purposes. She is focused on using this technology to protect people from supernatural forces, and is not interested in Weird Science for it's own sake.

Morality & Philosophy

Nothing is more important to Agent Eccles than protecting the innocent. She will sacrifice herself or another agent of DHS-PIG to do so without hesitation. Not that she is anxious to do so, but if it is a choice that has to be made, she is prepared to make it.
As one of the foremost experts on Weird Science in DHS-PIG she believes that it only makes sense to use this kind of creation to further the goal of protecting others from Supernatural forces. She does not believe in Weird Science for its own sake, and believes that that path leads to mad scientists, a particularly dangerous supernatural threat.
