A failed invasion of Halen by sea by the Empire of Vector. This attempt at an extra-legal occupation of the Province of Veynshold by Vector led to a swift response from the Nations of Shavi and Rasza, enabling severe and heavy sanctions by the High Magus Council, severely limiting Vector's standing within the Concordance. A cost that would see Vector making reparations for four generations.
