Maria Locke
This shopkeeper is an extremely well organized female Half-Elf named Maria Locke. She is constantly busy doing something and while her stressed demeanor may make her appear uninviting, she has a good heart but doesn't have the time nor the patience to show it. Maria was once a teacher at Lunar Academy, but retired to work on enchanting full time once monsters started reappearing. She was always interested in the magical properties of weapons, and has spent years developing minor enchantments. She has always had a small side business, though she can now afford to work as an enchanter full time.
Her shop is simply called "Maria's Enchanting"
