Heart of Elothil

The Heart of Elothil is aptly named; located in the center of the city of Elothil , you can find the majority of the population in this district. Filling up the space between the tall walls of the city are large towers that serve as residence for the populace. Some towers are almost impossibly high, hundreds of stories tall, each housing multiple elven families. Most of the population of Elothil consists of military members each representing one of six military houses, you can therefore expect to find thousands of soldiers here.
The Heart of Elothil was named as such by King Feanor Elothil as a gesture of goodwill towards his citizens.
