In order to be Sailor Thyone, a person must possess the Thyone starseed.

Sailor Thyone is responsible for the saftey of the people living in the Atlas System.

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

The position of Sailor Thyone will only pass on to a new bearer when the current one dies.
