Rivush
The Rivush are an ethnic group that have historically inhabited central Sunland, comprising the modern regions of Miseta, Boodah, Conurbation, and (controversially) Fastra and Riverwood. Descending intermingling of the original human inhabitants of the Shadow Archipelago and the third wave from the south. The Rivush are also the ancestors of the Sunners of Eastern Golden Vale.
Typified by their tanned brown skin, dark hair colours, and eyes that are various colours of green; blue; and, rarely, amber. During and after the Consolidation the Rivush people dominated most of Sunland. This began with the unification of the two major Rivush kingdoms of Miseta and Boodah into the Kingdom of Rivush which used treaties and wars of conquests to gain control of the entirety of Sunland. Since then the Rivush people have spread throughout much of the Plateau and Sunland in particular. Currently they are the plurality demographic in the Land.
Rivush cultural practices are difficult to ascertain due to their geographically spread out nature. However, several things are common among most Rivush people; these are a shared language of Rivush, a belief in multiculturalism, an idiosyncratic sexism, and a development of liberal federalism and monarchy (which became the basis for industrial feudalism).
