Karad-Dur

A continent of a variety of ecosystems, it is home to the proud Kozholian Empire and its people. Most inhabitants live underground in the meticulously engineered dwarven cities thanks to the mostly hostile environment on the surface. The Glimmering Desert resides between the east and west mountain ranges of the continent, making up the majority of the continent, while the land gives way to tundras and eventually arctic desert towards the south. The fertile land that is available, primarily past the western mountain range and in the north, is home to many agricultural towns and settlements.
