Titania

The Archfey Titania has a strange relationship with the realm of Neih. She fits into a loophole of planar travel between the Lesser Realms and the Path of Veritas where she is powerful enough to travel freely through Neih's guard yet too weak to face Neih's ire unless provoked. Most powerful entities that are capable of freely traversing this divide have godlike powers, and thus are hated by the selfishness of the cosmic tree who sees them all as potential usurpers. Titania goes under the radar though, and has made several vacation homes in the realm. One of these is at Silihadran, where she also sits on the council whenever she visits. Her presence on the Veritian Leaf has made her a popular patron to warlocks of the region. 
In 1040 though she went missing after Neih noticed her during the Resurrection of Gloranna incident. Since then, a movement of fey and warlocks have sought to find the missing member of the council. In the year since her disappearance, traction to find her as picked up into a sizable movement scouring the Veritian Leaf for clues.

Motivation

She has no major attachment to the peoples and realms of Neih, she just visits because it is a beautiful place in the Summer season. She treats the fey and peoples who honor her fairly, but she mostly has a voyeur relationship with place. Her coming at the behest of Gloranna was a mistake to her, one she hopes to one remedy by leaving Neih. But that is if Neih is willing to let her go.
