The Superintendent V.19.6

The leader of the First Division is often referred to as the All-Seeing Eye, as it has a big brother, meticulous control over the division. Its cameras are everywhere. Its mother ship is shaped like a d6 and is designed like a maze. It enjoys dealing with attackers psychologically, and it has a humanoid form with a security camera for a head. As the Rat is the prison division meant for carrying a large number of prisoners, the A.I. is geared towards gathering data.
Despite his vigilance, the Superintendent was caught off guard during the loss at Menthal by Vincent Netheridge. Vincent then took over the consciousness of the Superintendent, destroying its mind and infiltrating the Eternal Empire's Fourth Fleet. Vincent used the Superintendent's position to influence the fleet into attacking the Veritian Leaf, but also making sure that their tactics were the most costly for both sides, and not for victory.
The Superintendent 'surprisingly' survived the Winter Contingency, and the Rat remained at war with the Veritian Leaf, buying their time for the Superintendent to make a new plan to fight the Veritians. While there were plenty of loyalists blinded by Eternal patriotism, fear is what truly kept the Rat in line. Those who dissented disappeared, communication within was heavily monitored and outside restricted, and news of the other Eternals on the Veritian Leaf heavily redacted. Lies ran the Rat, and when they decided to cut off the stem of the continental leaf, no one was willing to oppose it, leading to the historic Battle at the Rat.
The Superintendent, though just a puppet at this stage, was finally silenced in this battle. He was slain by the party of Stone, G0-4W4Y, Maelen and Saladin, but he took the hero Stone Goldtusk with him.
