The avatar of the Cosmic Windstorm. She appears as a human woman with long blond hair that is always flowing. She is a welcoming deity, with arms always open wide for new friends into her realm. She is freedom, enemy of all that wishes to restrain or imprison. She pushes people to experiment, risk and break the rules. But there is a malignant side to her, as she desires an abject form of freedom, making morality irrelevant. She is chaotic neutral.

There are godlike entities in Hah that are not necessarily allied with Hah, but rather emerge from the necessity of reason and law for freedom to make sense. Hah herself often rejects these constraints, leading to a chaotic plane of existence. But they often return to re-establish some semblance of order.
