Summer, The Dawning King

While on the Stage of Neih, this Seraph brings light and heat onto Neih. He is the sun that shines throughout every season, though he takes center stage during summer. He is cheerful and enthusiastic, partying long after his allotted time. Because of this, him and Fall have a strenuous relationship. He is mostly oblivious to the consequences of his actions though. He is quite self-possessed and narcissistic, believing himself to be the greatest Seraph. This does not breed animosity or envy in him, but it does make him a bother to the other Seraphs. This as of yet has not led to any cosmic issue. Neih still likes him, as when he is on stage many strange, yet interesting creatures congregate to Neih’s branches plain to see (rather than washed away by Spring, devastated by Fall, or buried by Winter). Uz sends the most souls to inhabit Neih during this period.

Divine Domains

He is mostly involved in the Summer period of Neih, approximately 10,000 years in every seasonal cycle of the cosmic tree. He does not bother himself with planes outside of Neih, though he uses much of his power inviting creatures from Lesser Realms to the path of Veritas in his time. He is always the light of Neih, so he is still visible and present during other seasons, just not as active and boisterous.

Divine Symbols & Sigils

He is his own divine symbol, his likeness being placed on Summer worshippers' sigils and tabards. Flowers and festive objects are also used as icons of his.

Tenets of Faith

Summer worship is the pursuit of the good and pleasant life. It is classically hedonistic (opposed to vanity and vice, yet still mainly about self-fulfillment and personal pleasure). Many halfling cultures on the Veritian Leaf have built a religion around Summer, loving the freedom and pursuit of happiness Summer desires. It opposes that which destroy happiness, so it rejects evil and also restraint almost paradoxically.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Summer's purpose is to shower Neih with light and life, urging Neih to grow and entertaining Neih to flourish. Summer also opposes the Seraph of Winter, seeing her urging to rest as boring, and thus invades that season which splashed of life and light.
Some of Summer's creations are Starflies (giant fireflies which light of the night sky like stars since there are no stars in this realm), nature spirits and guardians and Neih antibodies. Many fey are also a part of his creations, given souls by Uz.
