Spirited One

A Spirited One is what the fishfolk of the Droplets of Turm call those peoples who come from the hills of Algae Fields. Not only are they usually races that do not live in this world, but they are also often muddled by the time travel that brought them there. Thus they are called Spirited Ones, because they were spirited away from lands unknown. The OITC has a policy surrounded them that was founded out of mercy for these confused folks. They are given a stipend to start out their life here if they are still sane, or they are shipped to an asylum for their safety and that of the company's interest. The GRG Spring Mission through them through a loop though, as that syndicate learned to harness time travel and set up shop in Algae Fields. In the year 1570, the OITC began reworking their protocols towards confronting these individuals.
