Roksana Garkalan

Roksana Garkalan is a dwarven gangster who lived in Tel'ul. The Garkalan gang was one of the largest gangs in that city, with only the Evermeads comparing in size and influence. Garkalan was a tough leader, as she would not deny a fight. She even joined the heroes of Tel'ul in the expulsion of the dormant infiltrators in the Tel'ul fort, freeing the city from their influence. She aided the Val'ulians refugees settle, and helped the hero Malvo find political connections throughout the city in the building of the defense. Though techinically still a criminal, she has earned a local respect in the city of Tel'ul and earned a seat at the political table. During the war of 1041, she managed some of the militia under the sheriff Gojira.
