Moss Tumbler

Moss Tumbler was a goblin slave trader in Tel'ul, though this was a cover position. He was a reconnaissance unit for the Eternal Empire's Fourth Armada sent to monitor the Veritian Leaf with a platoon of automatons. His purpose was to develop a ballistic warhead on the leaf since interleaf ballistic missiles were unreliable so the Eternal Empire Navy tended to preempt their need with sending engineers with the recon missions. He set up in Tel'ul as its crime and poverty made it easy to work underground. He built a missile in his time there. But, during the Dormant Advance, while Tel'ul was building their defense, the hero Malvo discovered Moss Tumbler's connection to the Eternal Empire. Moss caught Malvo in this discovery and was to kill him, but Malvo called upon the seraph of Winter for aid. She arrived, freezing Moss Tumbler and rescuing Malvo. The Eternal Empire does not go down so easily as Moss launched the missile at the seraph in retaliation, hurting her and coating Tel'ul in snow and soot for a couple days. An emergency beacon was sent after Moss' death, calling on the Fourth Armada.
