Minerva Bloodcurdle

Minerva Bloodcurdle is a death hag worshipper of Spring who lives in the Droplets of Turm's outer isle region. She was wanted by the Outer Isles Trade Company for excessive rain dancing, leading to much flooding throughout the region. While in hiding on the isle of Algae Fields, she met the Gis Revenus Gojira crime syndicate who were after her bounty at first. They made a deal with her as she had a means to enter Ul Salvation, as the GRG wanted to meet the Seraph of Spring. They smuggled her to Watertown, and she helped them past the Charon of the Ul.
After Ul Salvation shut down from the GRG's influence, Minerva chose to bend the knee to the holder of the Lantern and its new holder Creed. This being the case, she is still an avid worshipper of Spring.
