Lucky

Lucky is an Ovinnik from Fey Banquet, and is one of the advisors to the Fairy Queen there. He brings luck to the city, and his highly regarded for this. But, the Fairy Queen sent Lucky to Capitol, the embassy ship of the Eternal Empire, to figure out what the Empire had planned for the Western Fey Wilds. None of their ships were over the Fairy Queen's territory, but she hoped to preempt party crashers. Unfortunately, Lucky was not so lucky on Capitol. He died in the attack by Rosegrip, slain by a falling house. The Fairy Queen blames the Spreading Flame on losing Lucky here.
