Lord Macabeus Fishoil

Lord Macabeus Fishoil is a time travelling ambassador from the Spring prior to the Summer of the Veritian Leaf. He is from the Turm, a continental leaf floating around an Ul installation. He is a representative of the Fishfolk Empire, and under invitation from the Sovereign People's of Neih and the Gis Revenus Gojira, he went to Sinfetter to observe how a future empire (the Shadar Kai) function as well as to perhaps infiltrate the salt trade (a common commodity in Spring, rarer in Summer). This was only a temporary mission though, and after witnessing the failed independence movement of Lysan, he moved back to his homeland in the Droplets of Turm.
